Mystery Shopping is a research methodology used to improve the quality of the customer service experience provided by retail outlets. Corporations rely on the satisfaction and psychologically pleasing experiences that their products give their customers. Secret shoppers test to see if businesses are treating their customers and providing the goods and services to them as is desired at specific individual locations. Our company, which you will work for is a world leader in providing such companies with mystery shopping, (secret shoppers), and has organized over 14 million mystery shopping incidents for some of the world’s largest companies.

We recruit and train people to be a “Mystery Shopper” and then, send them out to our clients stores, posing as a customer and making inquiries and/or simply shopping for products and/or services. You will complete an online survey about your experience and will be paid by our company each time you provide this service and in a few cases before you provide the service so that you will have the funds to make a purchase or engage in a service. This is a part time position paying up to $300-500 a week. In some cases, secret shoppers earn more depending on the number of assignments completed in a week.
